In the early 1980’s, Southwest Answering Services was started to provide basic telephone answering services to businesses in Lake Charles, LA. In 1993, the Vincent family purchased Southwest Answering Services with plans to expand the capabilities of the company.  Shortly thereafter, the Company installed the first digital telephone answering service system in Southwest Louisiana. 

With this platform we began providing a variety of call support services ranging from emergency dispatch to event registrations to traditional telephone answering services.  Renamed Southwest Call Center, Inc, the Vincent family continued to expand its operations by acquiring new clients outside of Southwest Louisiana and purchasing other call center companies when the opportunity arose.

Medical, Service, Entertainment and Transportation industries are just a few of the industries who depend on Southwest Call Center to provide inbound call services customized to their needs.
