Calendar
Allows your office to enter and make changes as necessary to your on call schedule. This insures that our representatives have the correct on call at all times. This feature also allows you to make changes to your employee contact list, both features appear in real time to our representatives, so there is no gap in coverage.
Messages
Customized Greetings – The customized greeting allows you to record a message heard by your callers before a representative answers your call. This can include specific information or instructions for your callers (ex. For appointments call back the next business day, If life or death emergency-hang up and call 911 etc).
Message Delivery Options We can text message or email your cell phone your messages directly allowing you to discontinue use of your pager.
Patching Call patching to your patients ensures that your phone number is never revealed.
Daily Message Reports Summarizes all of the messages received the previous day. This report can be faxed or emailed and there’s no limit on the number of email addresses to which the report can be sent.
Rollover Service If all your lines at the office are busy, we can catch the overflow and send the message to your office personnel.
